We collect your name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash), your question-attempt history, flags and reports, and subscription status. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.
Your data is used to provide the question-bank service: authentication, progress tracking, subscription management and content quality improvement. We do not sell your data.
PAMind does not collect patient-identifiable information. Please never enter real patient details into question reports or feedback.
Your question history is kept permanently so your progress survives subscription gaps. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Account settings.
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by contacting us.
